Hosting and Server Log Files
Our website is hosted by Host ON GmbH. The servers are located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany (EU).
When accessing our website, the hosting provider automatically processes and stores information in so-called server log files. This includes the IP address, date and time of the request, accessed pages or files, transmitted data volume, referrer URL, browser type and version, and operating system.
This processing is necessary to ensure the technical stability, security, and proper delivery of the website.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log file data is stored only as long as technically necessary.
Content Management System and Page Builder
We use WordPress as a content management system and Elementor (Hello Theme) to design and manage website content. Technical data required for displaying and securing the website may be processed.

Contact via Email and SMTP
If you contact us by email, the personal data you provide, such as your name, email address, and message content, will be processed to handle your request.
We use SMTP for sending and receiving emails. Only the data necessary for communication is processed.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for general inquiries.
The data is deleted once processing is completed and no legal retention obligations exist.
Web Analytics with etracker
We use etracker, provided by etracker GmbH, Hamburg, Germany, to analyze website usage and improve our services.
etracker is used in a compliance configuration that does not require consent. Data is processed in a privacy-friendly manner using pseudonymized or aggregated usage data, such as page views, referrers, and device information.
No user profiles are created and no data is merged with other data sources.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Users may object to data processing by etracker at any time.
Google reCAPTCHA
To protect our website from spam and abuse, we use Google reCAPTCHA, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland.
Google reCAPTCHA analyzes technical and behavioral data such as IP address, device information, mouse movements, and interaction times. Data may be transferred to Google servers, including outside the European Union.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in securing our website.

Calendly
We offer the possibility to book appointments via Calendly, provided by Calendly LLC.
When scheduling an appointment, personal data such as name, email address, and appointment details are processed in order to organize and conduct meetings.
Calendly processes data as an independent controller. Data may be transferred to third countries.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Typeform
We embed Typeform forms via iFrame for specific inquiries. These forms are loaded only after explicit consent within the respective form.
When using Typeform, the data entered by you as well as technical data may be transmitted to Typeform S.L., Spain.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
Multilingual Content
We use the WordPress plugin TranslatePress to provide multilingual content. Technically necessary data, such as language settings, is processed.

Real Estate Content
We use the Frymo plugin to display real estate listings. Technical data required to display property content and to process inquiries may be processed.

Data Retention
Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by law. After expiration of statutory retention periods, the data is deleted.
